On Saturday afternoon dozens of protesters joined together in Stillwater, Minnesota to spread a friendly message of love. While most protests happening in the aftermath of George Floyd's murder has centered around the Twin Cities, there is a reason to bring those same movements elsewhere. This summer multiple families have reported being targeted because of their race in the sleepy tourist town of Stillwater including by bike gangs like the Aryan Cowboys. In response, a group converged there today to rally and march through the streets with messages of love, support, and unity. Protesters bumped elbows with onlookers, cheered, chanted, and showed off peace and love signs along the march. The message and event were warmly received by the town. Chants even included "all lives, they matter here," and "white lives they matter here," in addition to the usual Black lives, native lives, trans lives, homeless lives, Asian lives, etc.
