This is the adorable moment six pet dogs cruise together on top of a pickup truck.

The pooches had been working in the fields with their master while he was gardening in Lampang, northern Thailand, on Sunday afternoon (September 27).

With the back of the vehicle full of grass cuttings, the dogs had to stand on the roof and on the bonnet.

Footage from an astonished local shows the beaten-up old car approaching slowly with two Aspin dogs on the roof, four on the bonnet and one running alongside on the ground.

Local carpenter, Sammai, recorded the amusing scene with the animals.

He says in the video: ''These dogs are so loyal, they always follow their owner everywhere. Look how many there are of them on the car.

''It's so fantastic they aren't scared of falling down.''

Pointing to the dog on the ground, Sammai adds: ''Look at this one, he's like the head scout that leads the team.''

The driver is a local gardener living in the area who has several pet dogs that he takes to work with him.
