This is the moment a daring woman pulled a snake from the inside of a motor scooter in Baripada, a city in the Mayurbhanj district of Odisha.

Footage from September 15 shows Sasmita Krushna Gocchit, in a red sari, quickly assessing the situation before using a cane to lure the snake out of hiding and pulling the small reptile from the bike safely.

According to local media, a man arrived in the area to refuel his scooter when he opened the oil tank and found a snake hiding under his seat.

The snake was later released into a nearby forest.
