A wild elephant broke into a railway station in Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh state in eastern India and wandered around the tracks for an hour.

Footage filmed on October 1 shows the animal climbing over a fence before taking a walk on the train tracks.

Fortunately, there were no trains pulling into the station at the time and there were few commuters around.

An elephant enters Arand railway station in Mahasamund district in Chhattisgarh and roams there for an hour before leaving the station premises . People were heard screaming and running away from the elephant way .
The incidence happened on 1st of October . This is a small railway station , elephant surrounds the area often . This elephant first enters from the station entrance than he go towards the ticket counter area and than roams on the platform , after that he crosses the railway line and go to another platform .
Luckily there was no train was coming at that time and there was not much rush on station .
