Wildlife enthusiast and photographer Ewan Wilson captured a tiny camouflaged Spanish lizard scuttling over stones in Cerros national park just outside of Alcala De Henares.

The clip shows Wilson crouching on the floor getting to the lizards level as it frantically searches for insects.

"I wanted to see the tiny reptile from his eye level, capturing images from his eye level brings us into his world. Watching this reptile from his eye level scales up his world and brings detail to the life of these often ignored animals," says the filmer.

Wildlife enthusiast and photographer Ewan Wilson captures the moments when a tiny Spanish lizard scuttles across the sticks and stones of his tiny world.

The photographer barely noticed him whilst walking through Cerros national park just outside of Alcala De Henares. The reptile perfectly blends in with the Central Spanish wilderness.

Not wanting to just get any old shots of the animal the photographer laid on the ground filming the lizard franticly running around after insects for over an hour.
