A bus that was out of service fell Monday night (October 5) from a bridge towards the General Paz highway, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and as a result of the accident, two people were injured.

According to what emerged, this is inmate 502 of line 185, who at the time of the accident was without passengers, and only the driver and a companion were traveling, who, after the overturn, were able to get out of the vehicle on their own.

Everything would have originated around 10:00 p.m. this Monday from a bad maneuver by the driver, who came from the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Mataderos and was heading to Villa Insuperable, in the Buenos Aires district of La Matanza, to store the unit in the terminal of the Ideal Transport company in San Justo.

Within this framework, at one point during the journey, the bus driver, which had been circulating through the General Paz collector, turned left to enter the Avenida de Los Corrales bridge but, for reasons that are still being investigated, lost control of the vehicle, crossed lanes, hit the retaining fence and ended up falling onto the highway, blocking much of the traffic.

Both occupants were treated by health personnel who arrived a short time later to the place and the person who was traveling as a companion was transferred to the Santojanni Hospital, located on 950 Pilar Street, in Liniers, with a diagnosis of multiple injuries.

Police and City Firefighters also participated in the security operation that was mounted in the area, who cut off traffic over General Paz to be able to work in the area of the accident.
