My boyfriend and I wanted to go to a pumpkin patch located off highway 36 in Boulder, CO. We got in the car and that’s when I saw smoke and I had no clue was was happening. We started driving and we saw a huge cloud coming out of the back of the mountains. We went to the pumpkin patch only to turn around and go home because we didn’t want to breathe in all the smoke. The roads were closed an hour later and the fire ended up spreading past that highway.
