Hospitality industry staff gathered at Parliament Square in Westminster, London on Monday (October 19) to protest the government's coronavirus lockdown restrictions, which they believe unfairly penalise the hospitality industry.

Protest footage shows demonstrators hit kitchenware together and hold signs that read "stop starving hospitality" and "Today's Special: Poverty."

The protest comes as London enters its first week of tier 2 lockdown restrictions.
