Officers flee after cobra found inside police station in northern India
A four-foot-long cobra caused panic among officers at a north Indian police station when it was discovered hiding in their computer room.
The incident took place at Sadar Police Station in Tonk city of Rajasthan on October 18.
Footage from the operation shows snake rescuer Manoj pulling back a cupboard from the wall to reveal a large black snake before coaxing the reptile into a bag.
Police officers are also shown locked outside the room and watching the rescue through a glass door.
According to local sources, upon finding the cobra, police officers locked the room and informed Manoj, who later released the cobra into a nearby forest.
