Onlooker Anna Olanda who took the video in front of his workplace in Lopez, Quezon, said: "They are cool because despite the flooded area they were still able to enjoy and have fun with their friends."

Roberto Pasamba, who lives in the area, said the muddy deluge had been washed down from nearby mountains.

He said: “The children played outside while the parents cleaned mud off their properties after the heavy rains stopped.”
