Huge cloud of smoke rises from Colorado fire as evacuations ordered
Winds and dry conditions on October 21 exacerbated the Troublesome Fire in Colorado, prompting mandatory evacuations on the east side of Colorado Highway 125.
Additional mandatory evacuation orders were issued for the Trail Creek subdivision, Area H, and residents north of mile marker 3 on Highway 34.
Social media videos posted by @JFtweets, @cbendersao and @kevinlausten show massive walls of smoke billowing from the fire, turning day into night in some areas.
