Confused drivers can be seen slowing down and beeping their horns in reaction to the pedestrian’s bizarre behaviour.

"Other motorists used their horns to alert her, but she didn't react.

I thought that she may be a patient of nearby mental hospital or she got mad about her boyfriend and wanted to show off her anger."
