An out of control car reversed into a biker as the motorist pressed the accelerator by mistake in eastern China.

The video, filmed in the city of Zhenjiang in Jiangsu Province on October 5, shows a woman getting into a black car and then the vehicle suddenly reversing into the middle of a road knocking over a biker and bumping into a parked car.

The black car then sped forward and crashed into a guard booth in front of a residential community before reversing to hit the bike again.

Two people were injured and three vehicles and one guard booth were damaged, reports said.

The motorist was blamed for the incident. The video was provided by local media with permission.

10月5号下午4点多钟，在镇江市京口区学府路恒运路口，发生了一起交通事故，一辆轿车在毫无征兆的情况下突然失控，接连撞击了一辆电动自行车、一辆私家车和小区的公共设施，导致2人受伤，3车受损，小区设施损坏。事后经交警调查，事发的原因竟然是司机把油门当成了刹车。
事发前，一名女子从小区走出，坐上了停在小区门口的一辆深灰色轿车驾驶位，刚上车不到两秒钟，车突然快速向后倒退，先撞倒了一辆行经的电动自行车，又撞到了路边停车位内的一辆红色轿车，随后，这辆车又加速向前行驶，冲向小区的岗亭路牙，猛烈的撞击导致肇事车瞬间冒烟后退。车主试图从车内逃出，直到再次撞到倒下的电动车，这辆车这才停了下来。接到群众报警后，交警立即赶到了现场。

事发当时光线良好，路面也不湿滑，为什么会发生这样的意外呢？肇事司机表示，当时她开车准备给同事送体检报告，由于对路况不太熟悉，加上身体劳累，在倒车的时候，误将油门当成了刹车。

肇事司机表示，虽然自己的驾龄已经超过10年，但是平时开车的经验还是不足，安全意识也不够。最终，经交警勘察认定，肇事司机承担事故的全部责任。
