Filipino Man Sleeps Through Flooded Room From Storm Saudel
This is the bizarre moment a man slept through a flood that filled his room after heavy rain from tropical storm Saudel in the Philippines.
The resident was napping through the severe deluge that submerged the entire ground floor of their home in Masantol, Pampanga province on Wednesday (October 21).
His friend, Jam, said that he woke up in the night for a glass of water and was shocked that their home was flooded.
Jam Manansala Yabut said: "The floods came as a surprise. There has been incessant rain but I'm hoping that the water will subside soon.''
Tropical storm Saudel, or Pepito as it is also known, continues to intensify and hit 23 provinces in the northern and central Philippines. It is also expected to dump heavy rains in the south until Friday (October 23).
