Car Jacking in Birmingham on 29th Jan 2015
Home CCTV footage of a young lady being the victim of a car jacking on Kitwell Lane, Bartley Green, Birmingham on 29th January 2015 jut before 12 noon.
She got out of the car to de-ice her windscreen and the criminal struck. It was broad daylight.
The victims dog tried desperately to assist her as she was dragged across a busy road as she was holding on to the vehicle while the criminal drove off. He then had the audacity to drive back past her a few seconds later in her car!!!
