One of the 48 original stores in New York City, the 93-year old Strand Bookstore, warns its customers that it might close due to COVID19 pandemic influence.
The major loss of the bookstore during the pandemic is no more foot traffic and tourists. On Friday, the store sent out a message asking for help through Twitter.
