Scooter rider tripped up by rope thrown over vehicle on road in eastern China
A scooter rider was tripped over by a rope that a three-wheeler driver used to fix goods onto their vehicle on a road in eastern China.
The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Changshu in Jiangsu Province on October 19, shows a man throwing a rope to the other side of his three-wheeler to try and tie down the goods.
However, the rope became caught under the scooter seeing it flip up.
The scooter rider suffered fractures to the lumbar vertebra and the three-wheeler owner was blamed for the incident.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
