A herd of 22 Jharkhandi wildlife elephants entered the Karanjia forest division and caused a stir. In the Karanjia sub division, most people depend on rice cultivation and vegetable cultivation. Every year, these elephants come and destroy their farms and take their lives.Because of this, the people of the Karanjia region are terrified and unable to protect their crops.

The forest department has not been able to do as much as possible.During the day time the elephants hide in the forest and come at night to destroy the crops. The forest department said there was not enough staff to watch them in every movement still we are alerted for their movement.
