The Welsh Government has banned the sale of 'non-essential' products in supermarkets during a 17-day lockdown.

While other UK regions continue to allow supermarkets to sell their usual range of goods, Welsh government guidance says they should not sell electrical goods, clothes, toys, and games, among other things.

Videos posted on social media showed fences set up inside stores to separate essential goods and non-essential goods.

More than 60,000 people have signed a petition against the ban.
