Damilola, a man in Lagos, Nigeria describes his anger at the current infrastructure: "This is a dilapidated, unsafe and unhealthy federal road in the largest city in Africa."

At Kola bust top, in Alagbado, Damilola described the "unprecedented havoc of this flooded road to the people of Lagos" that he saw on October 26.

"This road has been unhealthy for several years, and we as a people have no choice than to walk in the floor anytime it gets flooded. Even cars, trucks and bikes get stuck in the heavy flood on a deplorable road," said Damilola.

This is a federal road in Lagos, Nigeria. This means, this is a road that leads to other and subsequent states in Nigeria.
