This is the shocking moment an out-of-control truck sandwiched two motorcycles between its bumper and the car in front.

The delivery driver lost control of the brakes and rammed the two bikes in Cebu City, the Philippines.

The truck then shunted the car in front being driven by Jonny Dayupay, who pulled over to assist with the accident.

Miraculously, the two motorcycle riders and one pillion passenger were all flung out of the path of the truck.

They survived and were seen picking themselves up from the roads. An ambulance then took them to the hospital but avoided serious injuries.

The shocked driver said: "When I looked in my mirror and noticed the speeding truck, I tried to hit the gas and speed up to get away from it but it was too late.

"I hope drivers will learn to check if their vehicles are working properly before hitting the roads to be safe."

Johnny said the dashcam footage had been submitted to the police as evidence while investigations are ongoing.
