Chaos erupted in Los Angeles last night (October 27) when a cyclist was struck by a car in a hit-and-run following the LA Dodgers World Series victory.

The shocking footage shot from an apartment block on the junctions of West Olympic Blvd and South Grand Avenue shows a man being knocked over by a black car and carried on the roof of the vehicle before it flings him to the ground.

The cyclist then leapt to his feet and appeared to be unharmed as onlookers rushed over to help.

"The cyclist was treated by paramedics on the scene shortly after and was taken to hospital. However, there have been no updates on the car or the cyclist," the filmer Josh Adam told Newsflare.
