Puppy Floats With Balloons!

Emily Burke, 28, from New York City had a fun moment with her boyfriend, Keenan, and adorable puppy, Raul.
The video, filmed in the West Village in NYC in August, shows Raul floating via a balloon bouquet like in the film, "Up".
"We used the banister to hide Keenan holding Raul to give it the appearance of Raul floating," said Emily.
"Thankfully, Raul is a very chill puppy and was given lots of treats for his cooperation!"
