Buffelsbaai has become a very popular surfing destination in South Africa - The main reason being the easy accessibility to the "near perfect waves" via a naturally protected bay. It is also that time of year when the whales put in an appearance along this coast where they are often spotted. It would seem from this video that both the whale and the surfers have a mutual understanding of each others' reason for being there !
