Floodwater pours down from mountains into nearby towns as Typhoon Molave lashes Vietnam.

Footage from October 28 in Kon Tum Province shows water streaming down onto a road, completely submerging it.

The footage showed a large stream of water curling down from the mountains after the Molave storm hit the mainland in Vietnam. This dangerous scene was filmed in Ngoc Linh Commune, Dak Lei District, Kon Tum Province, Vietnam on October 28.

The fast flowing water makes people in this area dare not cross the bridge and is isolated.

As of 6 am on October 29, Storm Molave caused left 55 people missing, injured 28 people and damaged 2,527 houses in central Vietnam.

At least 16 people have died and 37 are missing after landslides hit two mountainous communes in Nam Tra My district, Quang Nam province in central Vietnam, on October 28. Of the victims, 45 are from Tra Leng commune, and the remainders from Tra Van commune, according to the provincial military command. At 9:30 am on Oct. 29, the bodies of 16 victims were found.
