Helmet protects scooter rider from serious injuries after he is hit by truck in China
10月20日下午13时许，湖北宜昌，351国道五峰土家族自治县五峰镇香东村路段，郑某驾驶摩托车与一辆正在左转的三轮车发生碰撞，被连人带车撞飞至十多米远的水沟内。10余秒后，郑某从水沟内爬了起来，与三轮车驾驶员进行理论。
接到报警后，交警部门赶往现场查勘。认定三轮车驾驶员张某在转弯时未让直行车辆先行，导致此次交通事故的发生，由三轮车驾驶员承担本次事故的全部责任。
