US 23-year-old with down syndrome over the moon after getting new job
Derek Baker, 23, has down syndrome and was over the moon when it was revealed he got a new job at a bakery in St. Louis, Missouri.
His mum was recording as she revealed the good news and Derek started dancing with joy.
The 23-year-old exclaims: "I'm so excited, I got a job!"
Derek and his sisters Jenna and Katy work on their social media channel "Baker Banter" to raise awareness of what life of a family who has a member with a disability looks like.
