Children play on a flooded road in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on October 22. The youngsters were seen being pulled along by a tuk-tuk after heavy rain hit the city causing wide-spread floods on roads and in homes.

Cambodia has been hit by severe flash floods this month after seasonal rains were made worse by tropical storms. More than 10,000 people had to be evacuated from the country's 19 out of 25 provinces, affecting 140,000 people in all.

The floods also submerged homes and destroyed hundreds of acres of rice crops that were supposed to be harvested in the next few weeks.
