A magnitude 7 quake hit an area in the Aegean Sea between Turkey and Greece on Friday afternoon, October 30.

Turkish authorities said the quake was measured at 6.6 magnitude while USGS said it was magnitude 7. There are reports of building collapse in Izmir, Turkey.
