This is the worrying moment a toddler tumbled down a flight of stairs after pulling over a clothes drying rack.

The boy's mother, Aun Ruangtip, was busy hanging wet clothes outside their house in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand on October 30 when the two-year-old started playing on the household item.

CCTV footage shows the toddler climbing on the steel rack when he pushed one of the metal legs onto the stairs.

It wobbled and crashed down the steps, dragging the toddler with it down four flights.

The terrified mother, Aun, was seen rushing to catch the boy but it was too late. Fortunately, the boy was not seriously hurt and only had a few scrapes on his legs.

Aun said: "I'm more than glad that my son is safe. I hope this will remind parents to be careful with their children.

"Don't let them out of sight because the unexpected can always happen especially with toddlers who like to explore things at this age."
