Eerie phenomenon of fog hanging over river that never freezes in China
An incredible phenomenon in China showed fog shrouding above a flowing river despite the temperature being -27C.
The video was filmed in China's coldest town in Daxing'anling Prefecture in Heilongjiang Province on November 9.
The phenomenon is called "Zhu Bing Pai" (boiling ice floes) by the locals.
There is a hot spring under the Huma River, so the river never freezes even if the temperature is lower than -40C.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
