The owner of this cow is Bui Minh Tuan, 41 years old in Cam Luong commune, Cam Thuy district, Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam.

This cow is nearly 20 months old and weighs about 200 kg.

"Almost a year ago, his family bought the cow from a relative in the village," he said.
"When I came to buy this cow, the old owner said that when the mother cow was pregnant, there was no irreversible phenomenon. By the time the calf was born, two more strange legs grew on his neck".

Up to now, this animal grows and develops normally, even very healthy and fat.
