A furious woman kicked and scratched a car as she thought it was blocking her way in southern China.

The video, filmed in the city of Yueyang in Hunan Province on November 7, shows a woman repeatedly kicking a black car and then taking out something from her bag to scratch the surface of it at a parking lot in a residential community.

After a man helped her drive her red car out from the parking lot, she kicked the black car again before going back into her vehicle.

According to reports, the black car owner has left contact number on his vehicle so he could move his car but the woman did not call him and it also had enough space for the woman to drive out.

The black car owner said the woman was not a resident in the community and the parking lot is for the residents only.

The black car owner has reported to the police and the case is under further investigation.

11月7日晚，湖南岳阳某小区发生一起事件，一名开甲壳虫的女子，因为觉得自己的车辆被堵了，便对着一辆停在停车位里面的黑色小车“大打出手”。
从现场视频可以看见，这名女子对着停放的车辆起身飞踹，随后拿出东西对着车身就是一通猛划，从车头一直划到车位，整个车辆四周都被划伤。甚至自己的红色小车顺利开出后，又对黑色车辆尾部乱踹一番。
据了解，这辆被划伤的车辆留有挪车电话，但是这名女子却不去拨打，直接出手伤车。

车主表示，整个车所有的面全被划了，还划下“SB”等骂人的划痕，补漆至少要花费5000块钱以上。

据车主叙述：这个停车坪为小区停车坪，这名女子为外来人员。

他停车的位置左右前后都有2.5-3米的距离，别人开着霸道都能出去，结果这名女子开着甲壳虫出不去，于是就有了划车、飞踹的事情发生。

车主已经报案，公安部门表示，女子恶意损害他人财物可能面临三到五年的有期徒刑，车主果断表示，这件事他不可能私了的。

中国刑法有明确规定，故意损毁他人财物，数额较大或有其他严重情节的处以3年以下有期徒刑，数额巨大或有其他特别严重情节的将会处以3年以上7年以下有期徒刑。

故意损毁他人财物，损失达5000以上就属于数额较大了，属于刑事案件的范围了，不仅要赔偿人家的损失，还要被追究刑事责任。
