Typhoon Vamco has brought heavy rains to different regions. As of Friday morning, more than 350,000 people have been evacuated, and 100,000 people have been rescued. At least 39 people have been found dead and 32 are still missing.

Typhoon Vamco has left aftermath including downed trees and severe flooding. At least 3.8 million households are experiencing power outages in metropolitan Manila and outlying provinces.
