Water buffalo cooling down after a hot day in Thailand, in a pond are not impressed by being photographed by a foreigner.
I came across this very relaxing and peaceful scene, at Sakon Nakhon, Thailand. The farmer was sitting under a tree while the water buffalo relaxed in the cool water. I had to leave the scene after the animals sensed my presence and started to approach me. I could see them sniffing the air, and staring menacingly at me, they could sense that a stranger was in town. This is another snapshot of rural Thailand country life.
