This kind-hearted animal lover regularly takes time out to feed stray dogs near his home in Malaysia's Malacca.

Footage filmed on November 17 shows the dogs immediately recognise him and run up to his car where he empties a large packet of dog food on the floor.

Kind hearted animal lover in Malaysia regularly feeds stray dogs around his housing area during Malaysian new MCO and when his car passed through, all these stray dogs recognize his car and immediately run and follow his car.

He started feeding these stray dogs on March this year (2020, MCO Started ) when he is free.

"I am living around this area, and not far from here there is a small woods and that is the place where the stray dogs live.

"Sometimes the stray dogs will be given food by the workers from the surrounding factories, but not always. Therefore, when I have time, I will come here and feed them, 3-8 times per month.

"These dogs are all stray dogs as they not wearing any dog tag on their neck. To adopt dog in Malaysia, the owner needed to apply dog license and they will be given a dog tag and the dog needs to wear it all the time.

''If we feed them, it keeps them happy and they're good dogs. If we don't feed them, they're hungry, they get sick, they get infections and they bother people and they become dangerous.

"I hope that they will be always at around this area and not going to nearby housing area because if citizens reported about the appearance of the stray dogs, the government officers will be taken them away or shoot them directly" . Said the animal-lover named "Francis'.

Francis added: ''I love them. I love to do what I do.'
