New York food artist turns simple ingredients into art that's good enough to eat
This timelapse by New York-based Instagram food artist Harley Langberg, from New York City, uses a variety of veggies to create two yummy looking birds!
Harley told Newsflare: "I create the eagle using turnips, mushrooms, eggplant, and squash. In the other video, I'm making a snowy owl using mushrooms, turnips, eggplants, and lemons."
Having built up an Instagram (@harleysfood_art) following of over 35,000, Harley sure does "turn the edible into the unforgettable."
