Residents cleaned over 40-centimetre-deep mud from their house after flash floods hit Vietnam.

The video was captured in Quang Nam Province on November 25.

According to reports, the residents went back home after ten days as the floods began to recede and saw the thick mud submerged their house.

It will take several days for them to clean up the mud in the house.

According to locals, their area has been heavily flooded. After more than 10 days the floodwaters began to recede. They returned and saw mud filling their house.
The mud layer is denser and thicker than 40 cm. It will take a few days to remove the mud from the house.
Historical floods have left the central region of Vietnam severely damaged. The landslide has destroyed and isolated many areas. Flood recovery lasted a few months to many years.
