Sensible road users everywhere would cheer as a motorbike rider in Vietnam forced a car driving into oncoming traffic, to reverse.

The brave biker put his motorbike in front of the counterflowing car and would not let them continue, teaching its selfish driver a lesson.

Nguyen Tien Dat recorded the heroic standoff in the Cau Giay district of Hanoi on October 2.

He said: "Counterflowing is dangerous and the fines for this violation are expensive so the rider is doing him a favour."

This is the bizarre moment a motorbike rider teaches a lesson to a silly driver who drove the wrong way.

The counterflowing car was forced to drive in reverse because the rider pushing him off the wrong lane.
