This New York foodie turns vegetables into edible masterpieces
This timelapse by New York-based Instagram food artist Harley Langberg, uses a variety of veggies to create two picturesque camping scenes!
Harley told Newsflare: "I made this camp scene video using mashed potatoes dyed with food coloring, leeks, rosemary, eggplant, and squash. My beach s’mores scene was made using mashed potatoes dyed with food coloring, sugar, mushrooms, and peppers."
Having built up an Instagram following of over 35,000, Harley (@harleysfood_art) sure does "turn the edible into the unforgettable."
