Adorable footage shows three-year-old Harlem Chapman running through his high-intensity drills.

At an age when toddlers may find joy in playing with playdough and puzzles, Harlem has already mastered advanced motor skills and understands the concept of intensity.

Harlem, who is the oldest of two boys, picked up his skills by being around his father and other athletes.

Harlem's father, Giles Chapman, is the founder and head trainer at Xclusive Speed in California.

As an elite footwork guru, Giles develops athletes to reach their maximum potential.

Giles profession clearly had an influence on little Harlem, who spent his days out on the field around his dad training older athletes.

Speaking about Harlem, Giles said: "He loves to be out on the playing fields and do speed drills, just like the older athletes we train.

"Harlem has a joyful spirit that can light up any room, his smile and laugh is pleasing to anyone that comes across his presence!

"He knows how to spell his name and loves counting his numbers!"

The footage was captured on September 4.
