Cold lava streams rush down Mount Semeru after volcanic activity in Indonesia
Streams of cold lava were seen rushing down the foot of Mount Semeru in Indonesia's East Java after recent volcanic activity.
The thick substance, known as lahar, was captured flowing down the mountainside, sweeping along a vast amount of rocks.
Lahar is a type of violent mudflow caused by a volcanic eruption and it is composed of water and pyroclastic material.
This footage was filmed on December 3.
