The owner of an occupied building in Barcelona, Spain was arrested on Friday (December 4) after he rammed his vehicle into the premises.

Footage of the incident filmed on Carrer d'Aragó shows police at the scene and the vehicle sitting partly on the pavement.

At the time of the incident, several young people were sitting outside.

According to local media, the building owner had previously tried to evict the occupiers without a court warrant.

There were no reports of injuries.
