As India's farmers call for a second week of nationwide strike against a new bill that they claim, threatens their livelihood, the Hemkunt Foundation helps them by distributing essentials near the Tikri border on December 16.

Close to the stage of the protest, an enclosure has been set up where along with cooked langar, food supplies are also available for farmers to take to cook at their trolleys. A lot of food and water were lined up for them.
