CCTV footage captured the moment a speeding truck slammed into the back of a car and pushed it through a toll gate in Dausa, Rajasthan.

A family in their vehicle came to a stop at the gates on December 22, 2020, before a truck smashed into the back of their car and pushed them 100 metres along the highway.

Three people in the car were injured and one has been referred to Jaipur from Dausa district hospital.

The incident is currently under investigation.

A heartbreaking incident occurred on December 22 at Titoli Toll Plaza on a national highway in Dausa district of Rajasthan. A family was going in a car from Dausa to Sawai Madhopur and was waiting for their turn at Titoli toll plaza. A truck came and hit the car from behind. The truck driver dragged the car for about 100 meters before stopping. Three people in the car were injured, out of which a woman has been referred to Jaipur from Dausa district hospital. The accident was captured in the CCTV on the toll plaza. After getting information about the incident here, a team from Nangal Rajawatan police station reached the spot and have started investigation to find out what caused the accident.
