2 workers rescued after dangerously dangling off Baltimore building
Two workers were rescued by fire crews after being trapped on a dangling platform following an explosion and partial roof collapse at a BGE building in Baltimore on Wednesday, December 23. At least 10 people were reportedly injured.
The explosion in BGE's offices at 2 Center Plaza was construction-related. Images on social media show the platform dangling diagonally.
