This is the chilling moment a cluster of spider-like creatures were crawling all over a tent in Tak province, northern Thailand.

Terrified camper Ake Teeranan said he was sleeping in the tent and had only woken up in the early morning on December 21 to go to the toilet

However, when he looked up he saw hundreds of mystery long-legged insects moving all over the tent.

He said: "I almost wet my pants when I saw those scary insects on top. I was too afraid to go outside but luckily there was an empty plastic bottle inside the tent."

After asking the locals, he found that the cluster were harvestmen. The opiliones are are an order of arachnids that look identical to spiders but have a fused body form and no venom glands.
