Black smoke soared when a fire struck at least six houses in the Nipah Dalam area, Padang City, West Sumatra Province, Indonesia, Friday, December 25. 17.00 WIB.

Six houses that were burned down were locked, because at the time of the incident, the owners were away on Christmas holidays.

Local residents could not help with the blackout, because at the time of the incident the electricity was still on, so that several sparks were seen at the location.

The fire was only brought under control 45 minutes later, after eight fire engines were deployed to the location.

The officers also experienced difficulties because in addition to the electricity that was still on, the crowd was watching, making it difficult for fire engines to enter the location.
