Three kids get drenched when car drives through giant puddle
When walking through my neighborhood in northeast Portland, Oregon I noticed three kids standing on a street corner eagerly encouraging drivers to splash them with a giant puddle from a clogged storm drain. A couple drivers laughed, but weren't able to because of the direction they were going, but as I kept walking down the block I noticed a car heading the kids direction, and got my phone out to record.
