Shocking moment delivery driver spits in food after getting upset with customer
A deliveryman was spotted spitting in a bag of takeaway food after getting upset with the customer in southern China.
CCTV footage shows a delivery man was waiting in the elevator while carrying the customer's takeaway.
Afterwards, the elevator door opened, and the delivery man put the food in the corner of the elevator.
Then he pressed multiple buttons in the before leaving.
Just when the door was about to close, the delivery man entered the elevator again, picking up the takeaway in the corner, and spitting on it.
Customer Mr Lu said that the deliveryman called him and said he wanted to put the food directly in the elevator so that Mr Lu could pick it up by himself.
But Lu refused since he thought it’s improper to put the takeaway there, so he asked the delivery man to bring the food over to his flat.
Then the deliveryman got upset and spit at the takeaway.
Subsequently, Lu complained to the customer service of the delivery app and was given a compensation of 20 yuan(≈£2.25) and the deliveryman would be punished,
